To remove spell power risks removing the +1 to spell skills and ruining the wand, wasting 110c.
(EDIT: I should also add that it isn't even easy then, because all those wands are generally going to have spell power as their second prefix. That wand also requires a few targeted annuls to get it into a state it can be crafted to what people want though that shouldn't be super hard. The cheapest reasonable base is 110c, and likely will go up over time. Right now the cheapest on sale is for 80c, and those are all failed fractures which you probably don't want. It needs to be a rare convoking wand without any other issues. It doesn't need to be a rare wand with +1 spells. There may be more items that can be crafted this way, but these 2 are the most important that I've found. I'm fairly certain that you cannot remove an attack prefix with step 3, as there would be no prefix that it could add in return. You'll probably need to use the Remove a Random Attack Modifier, Add an Attack Modifier Craft a few times to hit +2 Bow Arrows.
